Your Guide Brian
Brian is originally from Fresno, California, where he grew up near the Sierra Nevada mountains. Every summer, his family would take him camping, immersing him in nature from a young age, which fostered a deep appreciation for the outdoors. In 2014, Brian began working at Kings Canyon National Park. Since then, he has also worked in Sequoia, Grand Canyon, and Death Valley National Parks. He later started working in Yellowstone National Park, returning every summer for his job.
During his first year in Yellowstone, Brian fell in love with its most beautiful resident—the Gray Wolf. He became a tour guide and realized that nothing made him happier than sharing the experience of observing wolves with his guests. When he's not working, you can find him in Hayden Valley watching the Wapiti Lake pack, which currently consists of around 23 adult wolves and one surviving pup. Brian hopes to continue guiding for many years to come, bringing joy to everyone who witnesses a wild wolf or a grizzly bear in its natural habitat.
